Helton 2-for-4, plays field in rehab game

DENVER -- Rockies first baseman Todd Helton went 2-for-4 in his second game with Rookie-level Casper on Saturday night.

In his second of three games of a rehab assignment, Helton recorded a double, a walk, a run and an RBI while playing the entire game at first base.

He is expected to be in the lineup as a designated hitter for Sunday's game.

In his first game with the Ghosts on Friday, Helton went 0-for-2 with the go-ahead RBI on a sacrifice fly in the eighth inning. Casper beat Ogden, 8-4, on Saturday.

Helton, who has been on the 15-day disabled list with lower back stiffness, is hitting .246 with two homers and 16 RBIs this season for Colorado.
