Rockies vs. Giants game from May 22 will resume on September 1

The Colorado Rockies announced today that the suspended Rockies vs. Giants game from May 22nd will be resumed on September 1st at 2:10 p.m. MDT. The originally scheduled game for September 1st vs. San Francisco will begin approximately 20-30 minutes following the conclusion of the suspended game.

Fans wishing to attend the regularly scheduled game on Monday, September 1st may also attend the conclusion of the suspended game. The only tickets valid for admission are ones with a printed date of Monday, September 1.

Both the suspended game, as well as the originally scheduled game, will be carried by the Rockies broadcast partners ROOT Sports and 850 KOA.

The May 22nd game was originally suspended due to inclement weather in the bottom of the 6th inning with 2 outs and a runner on first base and the game tied 2-2. The third spot in the Rockies batting order (originally Troy Tulowitzki) will be at the plate.
