Dustin Thomas Garneau (garr-NOH) … he and his wife, Jacqlyn have twin boys, Maddox and Maverick … they reside in Orange, Calif. … drafted out of Cal State Fullerton where he majored in kinesiology … was the Titans' primary catcher his junior and senior seasons (2008-09) … named to the 2008 Fullerton Regional All-Tournament Team after posting four hits and four RBI in five games … was named an All-Big West Honorable Mention in 2009 after guiding the Titans pitching staff to the fourth-best ERA in the nation … one of seven players from Fullerton drafted in the 2009 First-Year Player draft, including Oakland Athletics outfielder Khris Davis … played high school baseball at San Pedro High School in San Pedro, Calif. … hit .433 (39-for-90) as a senior, earning first-team selections to the All-Marine League and all-area squad … also a two-time all-area and all-city football player. Made three stints with Colorado while spending the rest of the season with Triple-A Albuquerque...Batted .235 (16-for-68) with six doubles, one home run and six RBI across three stints with the Rockies...Made three starts in his first stint with the club in April and went 4-for-10 (.400) with one run, one RBI and two walks...Hit his only home run of the season May 26 at Boston, part of a 2-for-4 day with a double, home run and two RBI...Batted .292 (54-for-185) with 31 runs, 11 doubles, 15 home runs, 35 RBI, 16 walks, 43 strikeouts and two stolen bases in 52 games with Albuquerque.

Spent the majority of the season with Triple-A Albuquerque before making his Major League debut on Aug. 20 vs. Washington and remaining on the big league roster for the rest of the season. Collected his first Major League hit in his first at-bat off right-handed pitcher Max Scherzer, Aug. 20 vs. Washington. Hit his first Major League home run Sept. 9 at San Diego off right-handed pitcher James Shields … hit his second home run in his next start, Sept. 11 at Seattle. Collected the first multi-hit game of his career Sept. 18 vs. San Diego. Batted .274 (83-for-303) with 44 runs, 16 doubles, 15 home runs, 62 RBI and 28 walks in 81 games with Triple-A Albuquerque. Earned his second-straight non-roster invite to Major League Spring Training in 2015.

2014

Split time between Triple-A Colorado Springs and Double-A Tulsa, where he was named a Texas League Midseason All-Star. In 34 games with Tulsa, hit .270 (31-for-115) with seven doubles, two home runs and 20 RBIs to earn his first All-Star nod. Was promoted to Triple-A Colorado Springs in June, where he played 44 games. Between the two teams, Garneau combined to play in 78 games and bat .240 (63-for-263) with 16 doubles, two triples, seven home runs and 42 RBIs. Threw out 32% of attempted base stealers (24-of-75) between Double-A and Triple-A in 2014, including 32.7-percent of attempted base stealers (16-of-49) at Triple-A.

2013

Hit .236 (77-for-326) for Double-A Tulsa, playing in 96 games...was his first career season at Double-A...made 76 starts behind the dish...also played two games at first base and the remainder at designated hitter...hit .233 (63-for-270) with 14 doubles, 11 home runs and 34 RBI as a catcher...Hit .274 (20-for-73) with 6 doubles, 3 home runs, 14 RBI and a .507 SLG against left-handed pitching...Batted .167 (8-for-48) in 15 games for the Salt River Rafters in the Arizona Fall League...had 2 doubles, 4 home runs and 8 RBI during his AFL stint.

2012

Spent the entire season with High-A Modesto, starting 82 games behind the plate...caught 31.9% (31-for-97) baserunners attempting to steal on him.

2011

Made his fourth stop in his three professional seasons, spending the entire season with Low-A Asheville as the primary catcher...finished fourth in the South Atlantic League in slugging and in HR/AB (20.06)...had the second-most doubles and third-most home runs among all Tourists.

2010

Began the season with Short Season Tri-City where he hit .224 in 42 games for the Dust Devils and started in 41 of those 42...was promoted to High-A Modesto for the remainder of the season where he made 11 starts for the Nuts and hit a career-high for one stop, hitting .310...had five multi-hit games in those 11 starts.

2009

Played 23 games for Rookie Level Casper in his first professional season, splitting time at catcher...hit .250 (18-for-72) with nearly as many walks (13) as strikeouts (14).
